The Vine School's Shakespeare Fair was held this last weekend on Saturday 21 October. Every child performed during the morning in various Shakespearean themed items. Their younger students, Preschool to Grade 1, recited sonnets and then the children in Grade 2 - 5 performed Maypole dances, sword fights and Elizabethan dances. The morning ended up with the Grade 6 and 7 students performing an abridged version of Shakespeare's play, The Tempest.
